  • A self-developed MES giving real-time visibility of production and environmental performance
  • Suppliers required to hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, with annual on-site integrity audits

Green Manufacturing in Practice

Beyond policy, the environmental programme is visible on the factory floor. Solar thermal panels and recovered compressor heat supply dormitory hot water, electric vehicles and chargers have replaced petrol usage, oven temperatures are monitored with automatic alerting, and air-conditioning and fresh-air systems run under automatic control.
